Reservation & Payment Policy

RV RENTAL POLICIES: Reservations require a 50% upfront deposit to confirm your RV Rental reservations. We do not hold reservations without a deposit. Full payment must be made 14 days prior to arrival for any of our RV or cabin rentals. The final payment will be automatically deducted from the credit card on file.

If you reserve less than 14 days from the arrival date you will be charged the full balance. You understand that you authorize these charges by agreeing to our policies prior to making reservations.

Any reservation payment that fails to be made in full 14 days prior to arrival will be canceled and the deposit is forfeited.


One night deposit required at the time of booking unless reserved 10 days prior to arrival. Please see Campground reservation policies and cancellation policies at You may book sites at River Vista through our booking platform as of April 1st, 2024

Cancellation Policy

We hate to see you cancel but if you must cancel this MUST BE SENT IN WRITING VIA EMAIL to [email protected]. This is required to protect you and our company from accidental cancellations. We will not accept cancellations from a third party.

You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hour period and prior UP TO to 14 days before your arrival DATE, you will receive a full refund minus a 75.00 cancellation fee for RV Rentals and your initial processing fee. (EXCEPT HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS)

Cancellations made between 6-14 days from arrival date will receive a credit voucher for full rental amount minus a 75.00 cancellation fee to use within 1 year of date of cancellation.

Cancellations 5 days or less, No Shows or same day cancellations will forfeit the full rental balance.

We do understand things happen and please remember that we are making a commitment to provide a service to you so please be courteous and cancel within proper time frames. Extreme Extenuating circumstances will be addressed on a case by case basis and Management decisions will be final. Rain, weather, or your schedule conflicts do not qualify for extenuating circumstances.

All stationary Site/Rentals combo packages include the use of all River Vista campground amenities at no additional charge to you.

We do not issue refunds for inclimate weather including Rain, Cold, Wind, Snow, or other acts of mother nature unless we are in a state mandated evacuation for our local area.

We do not issue refunds for early departures or late arrivals for any reason on any of our RV rentals or cabins.

Reservation dates may not be shortened after 14 days prior to arrival date or upon arrival. Deposits are non-transferable to another guest. Reservations made more than ONE month in advance to secure a booking cannot change the date of arrival. ( THIS IS TO ELIMINATE THE BYPASS OF OUR 365 DAY RULE)

In the event of a Pandemic, government shutdown or an uncontrollable event, vouchers will be issued instead of refunds.

You understand that we are not responsible for campground amenities (pools, hot tubs, wifi, cable, etc), changes or closures. You are renting your site, and we do not refund for campground-related issues. We will work with you in case of an emergency closure and may honor a voucher only based on individual circumstances and at our discretion. We can not control the actions of a campground or mother nature.

Holiday week/weekend cancellations will NOT be refunded or transferred. Guests will forfeit the deposit in its entirety if the reservation is canceled.


Our mobile Runner campers are stored at River Vista RV resort in Dillard, GA. We are happy to offer you our site at this location. We also can assist you in finding a campground in this area if you are not familiar with the local options. Please contact us if you need assistance. We deliver all over North GA and are happy to assist you with your camping needs in any of our beautiful North GA locations.


CHECK-IN: 3:00 pm

CHECK OUT: 11:00 am

Late checkouts for stationary or mobile units must be requested to avoid any issues with the next guests’ arrival. If you are more than 30 minutes late leaving a unit. We will charge a one-night fee.

Term Policy

ALL RENTALS require a 2-night minimum stay/ 3-night on holiday weeks or weekends. Small Pets are welcome in the cozy coleman and River Run for a $75.00 per pet non-refundable fee. Any damage caused by your pet will result in a charge to your credit card on file. No CATS ALLOWED. Rental units are NON-SMOKING A damage deposit of 200.00 will be assessed if there is evidence of smoking in a rental unit or a Pet in a non-pet-friendly unit upon departure. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO IMMEDIATELY VACATE A RENTAL UNIT IF WE FIND A PET IN A NON-PET FRIENDLY UNIT without a refund.

General Policies

If there is a problem with your rental accommodation during your stay, you must call us and report it to us at the time the issue occurs so that we may correct the problem immediately. There will be a 24-hour number located in your unit for emergencies. WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR CREDIT VOUCHERS for a complaint launched at the end of a completed stay. Please Read your reservation confirmation carefully and understand the description of the rental unit or site you have reserved and all its amenities. We Do not refund for failure to read rental unit descriptions. This is your responsibility to choose a unit that is appropriate for you.

You will find a complete list of all our rules on our website and agree that you have read them and understand our policies in their entirety and understand we do not honor chargebacks on credit cards for completed stays or for failure to follow our cancellation policy requirements.

ATTENTION MOBILE RENTERS: We label all of our unit sizes very clearly. When booking your sites for delivery, it is your responsibility to book a site that is appropriate for the unit you have chosen. We do not issue refunds if we attempt to deliver and you have booked a site not suitable for the unit you have reserved.

We reserve the right to interchange units on your reservation if the need arises due to a repair or damage issue on a unit. You will be given a unit comparable or better if this occurs. In the rare case we cannot accommodate your rental, we will refund you in full. If a comparable unit or better is available you will not be refunded.
